Kergudon House Cottages is a group of four letting properties set in an acre of pretty gardens. The owners three bedroom accommodation is attached; each of the properties has its own separate garden and parking area – this allows the properties to be let independently or to large groups seeking to holiday on the same site.
The Priory Gite is the oldest property in the local area, dating from 1640, 150 years before the French Revolution. Attractive stonework and wooden beams abound.
Kergudon is located in the Finistere department (France’s Cornwall) of France in the sought after hamlet of St Cadou, just 45 mins south of Roscoff (daily ferry service from Plymouth) and 50 mins south east of Brest (flights from Exeter, Manchester, Birmingham, Southampton and Luton).
