Stone built french longhouse all the roof has been renewed and vellux windows fitted in the rear of the roof along with new galvanised guttering a large freshwater drain has been installed in the lane by the local authority. There is provision for patio doors to be fitted to open up onto terraced garden. There are a set of stone steps alongside the farmhouse leading up to terrace, the interior needs complete renovation.
Farmhouse is siuated down a quiet country lane a few minutes walk to the village of Seglien.
