The castle is standing in a 23 hectare domain of woods and meadows.
The castle is sold with its antique furniture, paintings and bronze, etc. Reception room, sitting room/dining room, small dining room, library, chapel, 8 bedrooms, service stairs, bathroom, etc. Marble fireplaces in almost all rooms.
The outbuilding are comprised of a hunting lodge, several guest apartments, barns, etc. A 400m lit path and bridle paths.
Micro climate thanks to the gulf stream. rarely drops below 0 degree C. We grow grapes, figs and kiwis. 15 km away is the spa town of Roche Posay as we are in the valley of the Gartempe. The futuroscope is 40 minutes away. The climate is marvellous little rain and 80 km from the Atlantic ocean.
