Boulogne-Billancourt is a sub-prefecture of the Hauts-de-Seine department of France and is located five miles from the centre of Paris.

Boulogne-Billancourt. It was originally a primary industrial site which eventually converted to business services and is now known as a primary location for communications companies which are headquartered in the Val de Seine business district.
