France is the country of love. Everyone wants to visit the country and in most cases Paris, to fall in love for the first time or even to fall in love all over again. But France is the country of Love and this means that there are many other great places of interest for a couple to visit other than that of Paris.

For starters, you have St. Paul de Vence which is a fortified village situated on top a hill. This village is located in Provence and has many great art galleries as well as a number of boutiques and even sidewalk cafes. Procedures for setting up your business as a self employed person or sole trader in France

If you want to set up your business as a self employed  person or sole trader (Enterprise Individuelle or EI) your start up costs are low and the process takes very little time, generally 2-10 days.

In this instance you and your business are one entity and so there is unlimited liability i.e. you are personally liable for all company debts.

When you register your EI, your company is registered under your name and not a company name; you trade under your actual name. You may, however, choose a commercial name in addition, but you must check carefully that the name you choose is not already in use and protected by a trademark. (more…)
