I am currently teaching 3 year olds in a Christian Church Preschool. I have been employed in this position for 1 year.

I have past experience of teaching 9-10 year olds,considered 4th grade here in the United States,for 1 year in South Texas.

I have become interested in finding a teaching position in France. Only recently have I begun to search and seriously consider the details of successfully obtaining a job in France.

For the last 2 years I have been looking to by property (holiday, second home) in France, now I found the property (129,000) Euros incl fee which I can manage, but not furnature. Because of that, I would need financial support as a mortgage ( max LTV as possible).
please guide me in how I achieve this)

For a long-term unfurnished let with a lease of 3 years, am I able te refuse the renewal of the lease? The renter has defaulted on the rent many times.

First let me say you have the best website for property types and locations of any I have visited.

We are seriously considering moving to the Normandy area of France. We would like to rent a small home
close to,(or in a village), and with easy access to rail.

We are retired and live on a fixed budget so we are still looking at the feasibility of all this.
