I am currently teaching 3 year olds in a Christian Church Preschool. I have been employed in this position for 1 year.

I have past experience of teaching 9-10 year olds, considered 4th grade here in the United States, for 1 year in South Texas.

I have become interested in finding a teaching position in France. Only recently have I begun to search and seriously consider the details of successfully obtaining a job in France.

please respond via email: judith.tacquet@yahoo.com and thank you

What are the risks? It seems too good to be true. I was wondering about the downside to consider before investing.

For the last 2 years I have been looking to by property (holiday, second home) in France, now I found the property (129,000) Euros incl fee which I can manage, but not furnature. Because of that, I would need financial support as a mortgage ( max LTV as possible).
please guide me in how I achieve this)

Thank you.

First let me say you have the best website for property types and locations of any I have visited.

We are seriously considering moving to the Normandy area of France. We would like to rent a small home
close to,(or in a village), and with easy access to rail.

We are retired and live on a fixed budget so we are still looking at the feasibility of all this.

Suggestions?
Thank you,
Scarlett
